Mapping Studio's Draw

With all that new-found mapping wisdom I picked up reading the Google Maps API Friday, I was just itching to put something on a map. So as a simple test, I thought it might be interesting to stick a pushpin on unique cities where attendees of our recent Pragmatic Rails Studio in Reston, VA traveled from.

This took just a couple minutes to do, but I was immediately struck by the value of seeing where folks started their journey. Indeed, they came from near and far. That's really hard to appreciate by just looking at a list of cities in a spreadsheet.
